Adaptability issues at the beginning of use
A first time user requires a certain period of adaptation, due to the long-term sleeping position or sitting posture of some people, the cervical spine is in a twisted state for a long time, and some muscles, ligaments and nerves of the cervical spine will gradually shorten.

When using this product for the first time, in order to achieve healthy physiological curvature, it is inevitable to stretch the muscles, ligaments and nerves that have already shrunk. Therefore, during or after use, there may be some transitional discomfort such as ‘aching, numbness, swelling, pain’ in the neck or dizziness, which is a normal reaction in the process of cervical spine repair.

Most people can adapt immediately that night, others will gradually adapt in 3 to 7 days, but a small amount of people or people with severe cervical spine problems will need a long time to adapt in the process of continuous adjustment due to physical reasons.

For those who are struggling to adapt, you can apply one hour a day formula, and then gradually transition to overnight use.

Odor issues
The freshly shipped pillow has a natural scent which is produced by memory foam. The odor does not pose a risk to the health of users. If you are sensitive to odors, you can remove the pillowcase and place the inner core in a cool and ventilated place for 3 to 5 days, and the odor can be diluted.

Softness and hardness issues
The softness and hardness of the pillow core peripheral memory foam will change slightly with the temperature. The pillow stiffen slightly in the winter when the temperature is low, and slightly softer in the summer when the temperature is higher. However, the slight change in softness and hardness does not affect the function of the memory foam to absorb pressure and disperse pressure. Therefore it will not affect the effect of neck protection.

Safety rules
Memory cotton (polyurethane) is a flammable material, do not place the product near any sources of ignition such as stoves, fireworks and other open flames or hot surfaces. Failure to do so may pose a danger to you and others.

Dismantling or puncture this product with sharp object is prohibited, otherwise you may be scratched by the disassembled parts.

Due to the particularity of the structure, some section of this product is hard, do not play pillow fight, otherwise it will cause serious injury.

Product maintenance
Material: Do not jump on or pull, forcibly twist the product, it can damage the product.

Cleaning:

• For storage and transportation reason, it is recommended to wash the pillowcases before their first use. Wash in cold water and dry it before use.
• The outer periphery of the pillow core is a polyurethane memory foam which cannot be washed or exposed to the sun, otherwise it will destroy the internal molecular structure of the memory foam and reduce its pressure relief effect and service life.
• Set your pillow core in a cool place with great ventilation to extend the service life.
